hey I was wondering how many people got the randomly selected survey from the University of Chico ???
its for folks that had a dredge permit in 2008...
I guess its part of the DFG Research...

Yes and they can go fug themselves. Who,what,where,how much gold,use any hazardous materials,any mercury found and transported---all iillegal questions. There were 1200 permits in 2008 so why does mine have a ID#1761 ????? You are willing to report you gold income--oops thats right--you are going to report your unreported income to the state for prosecution of tax fraud. Mercury--well you transported illegally and you are above the threahhold amount from 10 differing rules of the feds and state?? The professional idjets with a 2" dredge who move 1,000,000 cu yd in 500 dredging days with 100 helpers will bury our asses with BS for their egos--Don't believe--just look at all the BS/lies in the EIR draft utilized from the illegal questions on the dredge application.
